What kind of courier do we use for shipments?

For national shipments we rely on some selected couriers able to guarantee maximum compliance with the products during the transport phases.

What are the delivery times?

International expeditions take around from 3 to 7 working days. Deliveries in Italy usually take about 2-3 working days from receipt of the courier's package

Shipping in Italy have a variable cost based on weight.

Right of withdrawal

In case of purchase of products or services on poderecasalvento.it the user has the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day to which the user a third party - other than the carrier and designated by the user with documentable communication - acquires the physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user is obliged to inform the holder of the decision to withdraw through an explicit statement sent to the contacts indicated.

How can I make a return?
If the user withdraws from this Agreement, all the payments that carried out in favor of the owner will be reimbursed, excluding the shipping costs of the order without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the owner is informed of the user's decision to withdraw from this Agreement. These refunds will be carried out using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, the user will not have to support any cost as a result of this repayment. The reimbursement can be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the user has been demonstrated to have returned the goods, if previous.
The user is asked to return the goods or deliver them to the owner without undue delays and in any case within 14 days of the day he announced the withdrawal from this Agreement. The term is respected if the user returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the user. The user is responsible only to decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the good different from that necessary to establish nature, the characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The products rendered that are damaged or used differently and further than as strictly necessary to establish its nature, the characteristics and operation will be reimbursed after deduction of the decrease in value resulting from damage or use. The refund is excluded when the value decrease is total.
The user is asked to insert a copy of the received delivery document within the package.

The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded in relation to:

• customized goods packaged or clearly customized;
• the supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expires quickly;
• the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

In case one of the aforementioned exceptions was applicable to the goods purchased by the user, the latter will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Applicability of the clauses on the withdrawal

The clauses concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal, as well as the relative consequences and exceptions, apply exclusively to the user who is qualifiable as a consumer, that is, to the user acting for purposes outside their entrepreneurial and professional activity.

Warranty

The user who buys as a consumer has the right to guarantee the conformity of the products and services purchased within 24 months of purchase provided that it is a communication given within 2 months of their discovery.

To exercise the right to guarantee, the user is obliged to contact the holder to the contact information contained in this document, giving an accurate description of the defect found.
If the product conformity defect was ascertained, the user has the right to obtain, at his choice, repair or replacement of the product.
The user also has the right to request the holder a reasonable reduction in the price or termination of the contract in the following cases:

• If the repair and replacement are impossible or excessively onerous;
• If the owner has not repaired or replacing the good within a fair time, however not less than 15 days;
• If the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused significant drawbacks to the user.

The user is however required to return defective products.
